The present appeal has been filed under section 18 of the SARFAESI Act against the interim order dated 18.06.2026 passed by the Tribunal below in S.A. No. 482/2023, whereby the stay application filed by the appellant has been rejected.
After perusal of the impugned order, this Tribunal finds no legal infirmity in the impugned order passed by the Tribunal below, which may warrant any interference by this Appellate Tribunal. Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed.
