Present: Shri S.K. Gupta, counsel for the appellant, Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, counsel for the respondent-Bank, Learned counsel for the appellant submits that since no cause of action survives in the present case, therefore, he wants to withdraw the present appeal, to which learned counsel for the respondent-Bank has no objection..
