Present: Shri Himanshu Tewari, counsel for the appellant, Shri V. K. Shukla, counsel for the respondent nos. 1 & 2, Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the delay is of 20 days in filing the present appeal, which has occurred on account of seeking permission from the Bank Authority and the delay occurred in filing the present appeal is not deliberate or intentional, therefore, the same may be condoned.
