Present: Shri P. K. Bajpai, counsel for the appellant, Shri Himanshu Agarwal, counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4, Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Tribunal below may be directed to decide the S.A. No. 208/2023 within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, the present appeal stands disposed of with direction upon the Tribunal below to consider and decide the S.A. No. 208/2023, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
