Present: Shri Ashok Pandey, counsel for the appellant, Shri Sandeep Arora, counsel for the respondent-Bank, Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the matter has been settled between the parties in terms of OTS, therefore, the present appeal has become infructuous, which has not been opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant.
