**M/S Shivam Agencies Vs Bank of Maharashtra**
The Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.05.2026, directed the Appellant to deposit deficit Court fee of Rs 29750/- prior to the next date fixed i.e. 22.07.2026 failing which the appeal shall be treated to have been dismissed without further reference to this Court.
As per office report dated 21.07.2026, No deficit Court fee of Rs 29750/- has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated period by the Hon'ble Court.
In view of non-compliance of the above order dated 13.05.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Court, the Appeal is treated to have been dismissed.
