**M/s U R Engineering Company & 2 Ors. Vs Bank of Maharashtra**
The Hon'ble Court vide order dated 12.05.2026 directed the Appellant to deposit 25% of the amount due prior to the next date fixed i.e. 23.07.2026 and if the appellant does not deposit the said amount prior to the next date fixed Appeal shall stand dismissed as not maintainable for want of mandatory pre-deposit without further reference to the Hon'ble Court.
As per office report dated 22.07.2026, No amount has been deposited by the Appellant till date, as stipulated period by the Hon'ble Court.
In view of non-compliance of the above order dated 12.05.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Court, the Appeal is treated to have been dismissed.
