Present: Shri Alok Rai, counsel for the applicant, Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the Tribunal below may be directed to decide the S.A. No. 34/2024 within the time as stipulated by this Tribunal.
In view of the above, the present application stands disposed of with direction upon the Tribunal below to consider and decide the S.A. No. 34/2024, which is stated to be pending, in accordance with law most expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
