Present: Shri Maneesh Mehrotra, counsel for the appellant-auction purchaser, Shri Arif Iqbal, counsel for the respondent-Borrower, Shri A. K. Srivastava, counsel for the respondent-Bank, Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appeal was finally decided on 16.07.2026 with the observation that the appeal is being decided on the basis of the consent of all the parties, but the appellant-auction purchaser has never given his consent before this Tribunal. It is, therefore, prayed that the order dated 16.07.2026 may be corrected/modified to the extent of deleting the consent of the appellant-auction purchaser. Ordered accordingly.
In view of the above, the misc. application stands disposed off.
