Chandan Enterprises Vs. Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd.
Present: Shri S. K. Gupta, counsel for the appellant, Shri V. K. Shukla, counsel for the respondent-F.I., Heard the learned counsels for the parties on the application for release of amount.
Learned counsel for the respondent-F.I. submits that the amount deposited by the appellant before this Tribunal may be released in favour of the respondent-F.I., to which the learned counsel for the appellant has no objection.
In view of the above, the application for release of amount is allowed and the amount deposited towards pre-deposit along with interest accrued thereupon is directed to be released in favour of the respondent-F.I. within 10 days from today, if there is no legal impediment for the same.
