1. 1. S.A. bearing No.242/2025 is stated to be pending before DRT-Lucknow. The present application is filed on behalf of respondent I for seeking direction to the DRT-Lucknow which is being look after by DRT-Jaipur as additional charge for expeditious disposal of S.A. bearing No. 242/2025.
2. 2. Keeping in view the pendency before DRT-Jaipur and the Presiding Officer is also looking after DRT-Lucknow and DRT-Allahabad, no such direction can be given. Hence, the application is dismissed.
