Punjab National Bank Respondent “A mention was made today by Ld.Counsel for the appellant before the Ld.Registrar DRAT Allahabad.The Ld.Registrar has allowed the mention for placing the case on 26.10.2026” before the DRAT Delhi having the additional charge. Ld.Counsel Shri Sachin Mishra holding brief of Shri V K Shukla Ld.Counsel for the applicant is present. The present Misc. Application has been filed on 07.10.2026 by Shri V K Shukla, Ld. Counsel for the applicant for release of the pre-deposit deposited by the Appellants in Appeal Dy.No. 1019 of 2024 being disposed of by the Tribunal on 14.07.2026. Ld. Counsel submitted a Demand Draft of Rs. 8,09,725/- vide D.D. No.106678 dated 10.02.2025 drawn on State Bank Of India in favour of Registrar DRAT Allahabad which has been kept in safe custody with Canara Bank FDR No.198434. Ld. Counsel submitted another Demand Draft of Rs.5,00,000/- vide D.D. No.041446 dated 18.10.2025 drawn on UCO Bank in favour of Registrar DRAT Allahabad which has been kept in safe custody with Punjab & Sind Bank FDR No.369214. Case to be registered. In view of mention allowed by the Ld.Registrar let the matter be placed before the Hon’ble Court at DRAT Delhi on 26.10.2026.
