The instant application is filed by the respondent no.3 M/s Balraj Construction stated to be the auction purchaser for expeditious disposal of clarification application which has been filed by the appellant in pursuance of the order dated 25.05.2026 passed by the Madhya Pradesh High Court at Indore in Writ Petition No.19260/2026.
