1. 1. The instant application is filed for recall of the order dated 24.11.2025 and for restoration of appeal. The perusal of record reflects that vide order dated 24.11.2025 the appeal bearing diary no.274/2022 was got dismissed for want of prosecution due to the non-appearance on behalf of the appellant.
2. 2. The counsel for the applicant/appellant referred the order dated 29.08.2025 passed by the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur in WPC no.3872/2025 whereby the DRAT-Allahabad was directed to decide the appeal filed by the appellant expeditiously preferably within an outer limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
3. 3. As the appeal was got dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 24.11.2025 i.e. after passing of the order dated 29.08.2025 by the High Court of Chhattisgarh, Bilaspur. Issue notice of the application to the respondents on taking steps by the applicants.
4. Sh. Babloo, Advocate accepts the notice on behalf of the respondent no.3 and stated that he has not been supplied with the copy of the appeal paper book. The counsel for the appellant undertakes to supply the copy of appeal paper book to the counsel for the respondents within three days. Thereafter, reply if any be filed till the next date of hearing with advance copy to the counsel for the applicant/appellant.
5. List on 18.11.2026 as already fixed.
