Counsel for the Appellant-Bank Shri Sandeep Arora has filed Certified copy of order dated 05.10.2026 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Allahabad in Writ C No. 40098 of 2026 whereby the Hon’ble High Court has directed this tribunal to decide the case within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. In view of the order passed by the Hon’ble High Court,let the matter be placed before DRAT Delhi(additional Charge)on the date already fixed i.e. 04.11.2026 for further orders.
