Edilweiss Arc Ltd Respondent “A mention was made today by Ld.Counsel for the applicant before the undersigned which has been allowed for placing the case on 27.10.2026” before the DRAT Delhi having the additional charge. Ld.Counsel Shri Abhishek Singh holding brief of Shri Abhay Singh Tomar Ld.Counsel for the applicant is present. The present Misc. Application has been filed on 15.10.2026 by Shri Abhay Singh Tomar, Ld. Counsel for the applicant for release of the pre-deposit deposited by the Appellants in Misc.Application Dy.No.1865 of 2026 being disposed of by the Tribunal on 30.06.2026. Ld.Counsel also filed Urgency Application(I.A.No.1603/2026). Ld. Counsel submitted a Demand Draft of Rs. 5,60,000/- vide D.D. No.085357 dated 01.07.2026 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank in favour of Registrar DRAT Allahabad which has been kept in safe custody with Indian Bank TDR No.0910325. Case to be registered. In view of mention allowed by the undersigned and submission made out by the Applicant in the Urgency application(I.A.No.1603/2026)let the matter be placed before the Hon’ble Court at DRAT Delhi on 27.10.2026.
