2. Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office order dated 12.10.2026 passed by Director, PGIMER, whereby pay protection has been allowed to the petitioner in compliance of order dated 17.10.2025 passed by this Tribunal.
3. In view of the above, nothing remains in the present Contempt Petition. Accordingly, the present Contempt Petition is closed. Respondents are discharged of the notice of contempt. Pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand disposed of accordingly.
