ORDER

Ld. Counsel for R1 Bank is present.

A Memo has been filed on 23.10.2024 by appellant, expressing intention of the appellant to withdraw the present appeal. It is seen from the Memo that appellant intends to withdraw the present appeal and has filed this Memo seeking permission to withdraw the Appeal.

Ld. Counsel for R1 bank submitted that appellant sold the property in dispute to a third party even after making objection by the R1 bank on 13.7.2022.

However, this appeal has been filed by the appellant and appellant does not want to prosecute the appeal now. Therefore, the memo is taken on record and permission is accorded to the appellant for withdrawal of appeal.

Accordingly, Appeal RA(SA) 175/2019 is dismissed as withdrawn. R1 bank may take any legal course of action in the manner, known to law.
