Learned counsel for the petitioners/appellant filed a memo stating that this matter has been settled through OTS and seeks permission of this Tribunal for withdrawal of this appeal. In view of the settlement of the dispute out of the Tribunal through OTS and the withdrawal memo filed, the petitioners/appellants are permitted to withdraw this appeal.
