Learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant is present.
The proceedings of the Learned Registrar, DRAT, Chennai dated 3.7.2026 shows that notice had been served on the Respondent, but there is no appearance for the Respondent on 3.7.2026, and on 16.7.2026. Thus, this matter is posted before this Tribunal on 7.8.2026. On 7.8.2026, there was no representation for the Respondent, and the matter was adjourned to this date for filing counter, if any, in the pending applications. Today also, there is no representation for the Respondent.
In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit that the delay had occurred because of the inability of the Petitioner in mobilizing the pre-deposit amount, and having satisfied with the reason, Miscellaneous Application 81 of 2025 (Delay in Restoration) and Miscellaneous Application No. 82 of 2025 (Restoration) are allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- each in filing these applications, to the Library of DRT/DRAT Bar Association, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today i.e., on or before 21.9.2026.
Call on 23.9.2026 for reporting compliance, and for further proceedings.
