IA 840/2026 (Delay) in A.IR:1001/2026

Diwakar M Poojary V/S Sundaram Home Finance Ltd & anr 07/09/2026

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Appellant is present.

No representation for the Respondents.

This matter was posted on 3.9.2026 for compliance of payment of costs ordered on 18.8.2026 in the delay condonation application. However, on 3.9.2026, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the entire loan amount had been settled with the Respondent Financial Institution and this Tribunal directed the Petitioner to file a memo for withdrawal of this appeal, and posted the matter to this date.

Today, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the withdrawal memo has been filed and sought permission for withdrawal of this appeal.

In view of the settlement arrived outside this Tribunal, the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw this appeal.

Therefore, Appeal AIR 1001 of 2026 is dismissed as ‘withdrawn’.

Parties are directed to bear their own costs.
