Learned Counsel for both sides are present.
When the matter is taken up today, Learned Counsel for the 1st Respondent Bank submitted that he is not able to collect the information as to the due on the date of filing this appeal, after apportioning the payments made by the Petitioners/Appellants from the date of demand notice, till the date of passing orders under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, and without considering the sale price paid by the auction purchaser.
Therefore, post the matter on 9.9.2026 for production of this information by the 1st Respondent Bank, and for filing of counter, in the waiver application.
