When this matter is taken up, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that Petitioner filed WP No.26662 of 2006, against the order passed in the waiver application IA 824 of 2026, before the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru. The Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru was pleased to grant stay.
Therefore, post the matter on 2.11.2026 for production of copy of the Hon’ble High Court of Karnataka at Bengaluru.
