Learned Counsel for both sides are present.
One of the issues concerning this appeal, according to the Learned Counsel for the Appellants, is that insofar as B Khata land is concerned, it cannot be dealt by way of mortgage, charge, and so on and so forth. Despite that, Item No. 2, B Khata industrial land and building property, is shown as one of the collateral securities and negative lien is created on this property.
In the said circumstances, this Tribunal directs the Learned Counsel for the Appellants to produce any Act/Rules/Board Standing Orders governing A Khata and B Khata lands, issued by the Government of Karnataka, for the understanding and appreciation of this Tribunal.
Post the matter on 29.10.2026 for continuation.
