IN THE DEBT RECOVERY APPELLATE TRIBUNAL AT CHENNAI

R.A(S.A):160/2025

Eliyaas V/S State Bank Of India

10/09/2026

Learned Counsel for both sides are present.

When the matter is taken up, Learned Counsel for Appellant submitted that the Respondent Bank had taken physical possession of the secured asset and, thus, this appeal becomes infructuous. He requests that the Respondent Bank may be directed to return the moveables of the appeals that are available in the secured premises.

Learned Counsel for Respondent Bank seeks time to get instructions with regard to availability of moveables in the secured premises.

Therefore, post the matter on 16.9.2026.
