IN THE DEBT RECOVERY APPELLATE TRIBUNAL AT CHENNAI

M.A(S.A):51/2026

Sainulabdeen Vs A.O., Canara Bank

13/10/2026

Learned Counsel for both sides are present.

A perusal of the typed set produced by the Learned Counsel for Appellant shows that this appeal is filed against the order passed in MA No. 296 of 2022 in SA No. 179 of 2018 with a prayer to condone the delay of 228 days in filing the petition to set aside the final order dated 19.1.2021, passed in SA No. 179 of 2018. The typed set of papers do not contain the application filed to set aside the final order dated 19.1.2021 and the order passed on 19.1.2021 in SA 179 of 2018. These two documents are necessary for the disposal of this appeal.

Therefore, Learned Counsel for Appellant is directed to produce these documents for the next hearing on 19.11.2026. Sd/-
