Learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank submitted that there is no settlement in this matter and, in fact, the Appellants are a third-party, and the sale was held through SARFAESI proceedings and the loan account was closed on realising the debt due.
Therefore, post the matter on 13.11.2026 for arguments of the Appellants, as a last chance. Failing to argue would result in passing appropriate orders.
