1. At the very outset, Sh. R.K. Sharma, learned counsel for Respondents No. 2 and 3 stated that the applicant’s 2- O.A. No. 063/01283/2021
representation dated 29.10.2021 (Annexure A-4) is under active consideration of the respondents and, therefore, the present Original Application may be disposed of by granting leave to respondents to dispose of the said representation.
2. In view of the above statement made by Sh. R.K. Sharma, learned counsel for Respondents No. 2 and 3, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the present Original Application at the admission stage itself without entering into the merits of the case.
3. Accordingly, the Original Application is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (HQ) New Delhi to decide the applicant’s representation dated 29.10.2021 and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. Before taking such a decision, the applicant shall also be afforded an opportunity of hearing. The whole exercise shall be undertaken within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
4. Ordered accordingly. However, there shall be no orders so as to costs.
