For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr. R.K. Sharma, Sr. Advocate assisted by Mr. Abhimanyu Rana For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr. Sanjay Goyal, Sr. CGSC with Ms. Jyotika Panesar and Ms. Palak Singla Order of The Tribunal MA No. 3282/2026 The present MA has been filed by the applicants seeking permission to file the OA jointly. Since the applicants have common cause of action and nature of relief prayed for is common, the applicants intend to join together in a single OA.

2. For the reasons stated therein, MA is allowed and the applicants are permitted to join together in a single OA. OA No. 1292/2026

3. Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

4. Issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Sanjay Goyal, learned Sr. CGSC appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. The applicants have sought for the following interim relief:- "During the pendency of the OA, the applicants pray that the operation of the impugned orders dated 27.02.2025 (Annexure A-2) and pay fixation orders (Annexure A-3 to A-32) may kindly be stayed. xxx xxx xxx"

6. The present OA has been filed by the applicants against letter dated 25.11.2024 (Annexure A-1), whereby it has been intimated that the DoPT OM dated 24.07.2020 would apply for the employees of Subordinate Offices and thus, it would not be applicable to PGIMER on suo moto basis. 8. List on 27.11.2026. Respondents may file reply by the next date of hearing.

9. Modification/continuation of the interim relief shall be considered on the next date of hearing.
