ROHIT SETH FOR R 9 TO 14 Order of The Tribunal Applicant has preferred M.A. No.3241/2026 praying for continuation of interim relief granted by this Court vide order dated 26.05.2026. It has been stated that the said interim protection was holding till 16.07.2026 when the matter was adjourned to 30.07.2026. However, due to resolution by CAT Bar Association on 30.07.2026, the matter was adjourned to 28.09.2026 but inadvertently, interim protection could not be continued on that date. On 28.09.2026, matter was adjourned on the request of learned counsel for the respondents. On the said date also, interim order could not be ordered to be continued. Heard learned counsel for both the sides. The interim order dated 26.05.2026 is to continue till the next date of hearing. List the matter on date already fixed i.e. 20.11.2026.
