No. 188 of 2008) corresponding to KotwaliPolice Station Case No. 1 of 2008 dated 01.01.2008 underSections 448/354/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code within theDistrict of Coochbehar.

The petitioner is present in Court today. His personalappearance is noted and dispensed with.

The opposite party is present before the Court. However,the learned advocate Ms. Ledia Dasgupta has not yet filed thevakalatnama in order to represent her. She is to filevakalatnama in the Court by 1.30 P.M.

Later, today she has filed the vakalatnama in theDepartment. The personal appearance of the opposite party No.2 is noted and dispensed with.

The learned advocate for the State is present.

Department is directed to serve copy of the evidence is tobe served upon the learned advocate for the opposite party aswell as State.

Let the matter be fixed on 12[th] April, 2024.
