RA.No.170/00006/2023/CAT/BANGALORE

O R D E R (ORAL)

PER: JUSTICE S. SUJATHA, MEMBER (J)

This Review Application is filed by the original respondents seeking review of the order dated 01.09.2023 passed in OA No.262/2022 mainly on the ground that the original applicant has retired from service on 30.06.2022.

2. On adjudication of the issues involved the order dated 01.09.2023 having been passed, we find no error apparent on the face of the record to review the order as sought for.

3. In our considered view, the retirement of the applicant would not be a ground to review the order. Notwithstanding the retirement of the applicant, the original respondents are at liberty to proceed in accordance with law for complying the order of this Tribunal dated 01.09.2023.

4. Hence, Review Application is devoid of merit, accordingly stands dismissed.
