2. Learned counsel Shri N. Amaresh representing the respondents has filed a memo along with the order dated 22.12.2023 passed by the Respondent No. 2. Referring to the said order, learned counsel submits that the direction issued by this Tribunal in OA No. 390/2021 has been duly complied with, accordingly seeks for dropping the contempt proceedings.
3. Learned counsel Mohammed Mannan appearing for the petitioner has no objections to close the contempt proceedings.
