Learned counsel for the applicant has today submitted one copy of documents with respect to the instances of harassment which were inflicted upon the applicant. He is requested to furnish an additional copy of the same to the registry, as per the prescribed procedure. The same is strongly objected to, by the counsel for the respondents, who submits that this should have been done on the last date of hearing i.e. on 29.09.2026, as the direction was given on 04.09.2026, but the same was not carried out. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he could not attend the court on the previous date as he was unwell and he was represented by another counsel Ms. Bhumica. Further, he requests that this delay may be condoned. In the interest of justice, the delay is condoned. The documents filed by the applicant's counsel may be taken on record, after he furnishes an additional copy to the registry. Learned counsel for the respondents seeks time to go through the same and file objections, if any, before the next date of hearing. List the case for remaining final arguments, as part-heard case on 03.11.2026.

Interim order granted earlier stands extended till the next date of hearing.
