CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL BANGALORE Order Sheet Item no.: 15 O.A./294/2026 (BANGALORE) [ TRANSFER ] Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: 5 Order Dated: 14/10/2026 M KUMARA Vs NATIONAL COUNCIL OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH & TRAINING

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Ms. Rashmi K. - through video conference.

For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri S. Sugumaran Order of The Tribunal Ms. Rashmi K on behalf of the applicant through video conference. Shri S. Sugumaran on behalf of the respondents. It appears that there is some confusion regarding the receipt of the reply statement, by the counsel for the applicant. The ordersheet dated 21.09.2026 states as follows: "Learned counsel for the applicant mentions that earlier they had requested for three week's time for filing the rejoinder. However, after going through the reply statement, it is felt that there is no requirement for the same. She further requests for early hearing in the case. The pleadings are deemed to be complete today." Today, the counsel for the applicant submits that somehow the reply which was sent by the counsel for the respondents is missing. In the interest of justice, learned counsel for the respondents is requested to furnish the reply through e-mail to the learned counsel for the applicant, as per her own request.

The counsel for the respondents has agreed to carry out the same today itself. List the case for final arguments on 06.11.2026.
