Learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 has filed the reply statement to this Contempt Petition. We are astound to see the reply statement filed by the Respondent No. 3 in the Contempt Petition. A specific direction was issued to Respondent No.3 to comply with, vide order dated 04.08.2025 in OA No. 80/2024. The said order passed by this Tribunal having reached finality, Respondent No.3 cannot sit in judgment over the order passed by this Tribunal attacking the averments in the OA or in the order of this Tribunal. The conduct of the Respondent No.3 amounts to further contempt. Hence, Respondent No.3 is directed to file the compliance report failing which, he shall be present before the Tribunal on the next date of hearing. List the matter on 18.11.2026.
