CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL BANGALORE Order Sheet Item no.: 9 O.A./343/2024 (BANGALORE) [ WITHHOLDING OF PENSION ] [ SENIOR CITIZEN ] Court No.: 2 No of Adjournment: 26 Order Dated: 09/10/2026 W GLADYS JAYANTHI Vs DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL AND TRAINING

For Applicant(s) Advocate : Shri H N Venkatesh For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri Vishnu Bhat Order of The Tribunal Shri H N Venkatesh appears on behalf of the applicant. Shri Vishnu Bhat appears on behalf of the respondents. On the last occasion, the learned counsel for the applicant has assured that he will produce a copy of the ICC Report and exact chronological sequence of events. He was requested to furnish copies of both the documents to the learned counsel for the respondents also. Today across the bar, he has furnished a copy of the Inquiry Report of October 2004. The matter has been hanging in fire for 23 years now. The POSH Act itself came in 2013 and the indication given by the counsel in the previous hearing was that ICC was constituted around 2014 which submitted its report in 2014/2015. This chronology of events is not making logical sense and is having several gaps. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the applicant is once again requested to file copy of the ICC Report, written notes of arguments clearly indicating the chronological sequence of events and milestones which have happened over these 20 years.

It is brought to the notice by the Court Officer that e-filing has not been done in the memo furnished today in the court by the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant is requested to carry out the same. List the case on 28.10.2026.
