Since suitability test by CBT for promotion to the post of Senior Clerk cum Typist in Level 5 against 66 2/3 % of promotional quota is fixed on 15.10.2026 as indicated in the letter dated 23.09.2026 issued by the Competent Authority, we direct the official respondents to permit the applicant to appear in the said examination. However, the results shall not be announced without the leave of this Bench. It is made clear that the applicant shall not claim any equities persuant to the Interim Order granted as aforesaid. List the matter for hearing on 03.12.2026.
