CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL BANGALORE Order Sheet Item no.: 8 M.A./46/2026 (BANGALORE) [ EXECUTION OF ORDER ] [ SENIOR CITIZEN ] In O.A./368/2022 MACP With M.A./47/2026 CONDONATION OF DELAY Court No.: 1 No of Adjournment: 6 Order Dated: 06/10/2026 V BHASKAR Vs M/O DEFENCE AND OTHERS
For Applicant(s) Advocate : Shri A.R. Holla For Respondent(s) Advocate : Shri S. Sugumaran Order of The Tribunal Learned counsel Shri S. Sugumaran representing the respondents submits that Writ Petition No. 23868/2026 filed by the respondents challenging the order passed by this Tribunal in OA No. 368/2022, is directed to be listed on 13.10.2026. It is significant to note that in the order dated 24.08.2026 we had made it clear that if there is no Interim Order of stay against the Order of this Tribunal in OA 368/2022 by the next date of hearing, respondents shall file the compliance report, subject to result of the Writ Petition pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka. Despite the said order, respondents again seeking time is wholly unfair and runs contrary to our earlier order. However, in the interest of justice and equity, relaxing the order dated 24.08.2026, one more opportunity is provided to the respondents. If no interim order is passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka in Writ Petition No. 23868/2026 by the next date of hearing, respondents shall file the compliance report subject to result of the Writ Petition pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka. It is made clear that no further adjournment will be granted on the next date of hearing. If there is no compliance of the order passed by this Tribunal, Respondent No. 3 shall be present before the Bench on the next date of hearing. List the matter on 04.11.2026.
