CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL JODHPUR Order Sheet Item no.: 2 Diary No: 430/2026 [ FOR TAKING LRS ON RECORD ] In O.A./216/2014 BREAK IN SERVICE - DIES NON CONDONATION OF DELAY Court No.: 3 No of Adjournment: 4 Order Dated: 13/10/2026 MANGI LAL BHATIA Vs BHARAT SANCHAR NIGAM LIMITED

For Applicant(s) Advocate : NONE PRESENT

For Respondent(s) Advocate : Order of The Tribunal The Matter is place before the Registrar Court today for curing the defects in the Misc. Application (M.A.) Perused the record, it is observed that the main Original Application No. 216/2014 has already been dismissed as withdrawn by the Hon’ble Bench vide order dated 22.09.2026. Since the primary OA stands withdrawn, the present MA, which is lying in defect renders infructuous. Furthermore, none appears on behalf of the applicant to remove the defects or press the application today. In view of the above, the present MA stands dismissed in default as well as having rendered infructuous.
