For Applicant(s) Advocate : Mr S K Malik For Respondent(s) Advocate : Mr K.S.Yadav Order of The Tribunal Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was declared surplus and transferred as TGT (Hindi) Teacher at Tirumalagiri, Secunderabad, whereas there is a vacancy available at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya, Barmer on 31.10.2025 because of the retirement of Shri Manohar Lal Verma, TGT, Hindi, and subsequently, he has given a representation on 16.10.2025, which was duly forwarded by the Principal on 17.10.2025. He has also submitted a representation on 15.07.2026 in place of Shri M.L.Verma who was retired from the same post, where the applicant has been declared surplus. The representation is still pending; subsequently, he has given another representation on 01.10.2026, which was also forwarded by the Principal of the school to the Assistant Commissioner, KVS, Regional Office, Jaipur. Learned Counsel for the respondents, Shri K.S. Yadav, submits that there is a vacancy from 30.09.2026 at PM Shri KVS Uttarlai, after the retirement of Mr Manohar Lal Verma, TGT, Hindi, posted at Uttarlai at PM Shri, Uttarlai, District-Barmer. Learned counsel for the applicant however submits that he will be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to decide the representation herein which was submitted on 15.07.2026, 01.10.2026 for the consideration of his posting at PM Shri KVS, District-Barmer. Heard counsel for the parties. In view of the above, information furnished by both the parties, this OA is disposed off with a direction to respondents to sympathetically consider the representation of the applicant for reconsideration of his transfer to PM Shri KVS, Uttarlai, Barmer, after one post is lying vacant due to retirement of Shri Manohar Lal Verma, TGT, (Hindi), teacher from PM Shri KVS, Uttarlai, District-Barmer, within a period of three weeks from the date of submission of another representation.
