Advocate for appellant submitted that, the matter has become infructuous as the DRT concerned has disposed of their pending Securitisation Application. Hence, under the instructions of the Appellant wish to withdraw the aforesaid Diary Nos. pending of removal of defects before the DRAT, Mumbai.
The above appeal and applications are at lodging stage and appellant prayed for withdrawal of the same.
Therefore, in view of above & under the provisions of Sub Rule (4) of Rule 6 of DRAT (Procedure) Rules, 1994 the **Diary No. 196/2021, Diary No. 197/21 and Diary No. 565/2021** are hereby declined for registration.
