-: Order dated :11/05/2022 :- The matter is taken up for hearing by way of Praecipe dated 05.05.2022 filed by Appellants for seeking urgent relief. There is an order dated 29.03.2022 of this Tribunal directing the DRT, Pune, to dispose of the S.A. within the period of three weeks. But Ld. Counsel appearing for the Appellants submits that since certain applications have been filed, it will not be possible to dispose of the S.A. and therefore, seeks extension of time. DRT, Pune, is directed to dispose of pending S.A. within six weeks from today. Interim order dated 29.03.2022 of this Tribunal shall continue till disposal of the S.A. Sd/- Chairperson mks-2
