1. There is no representation for the Appellant.
2. Matter is coming up for compliance of order dated 26.04.2022.
3. As per order of this Tribunal dated 26.04.2022 in I.A. No. 98/2022, Appellant was directed to deposit 50% of Rs.6,53,432/- which comes to Rs.3,26,716/- in two equal instalments of Rs.1,63,358/- each. The first instalment of Rs.1,63,358/- was to be deposited on or before 10.05.2022 and the second instalment of Rs.1,63,358/- is to be deposited on or before 24.05.2022 with Registrar, DRAT, Mumbai and it was ordered that in case of default in any of the above referred deposits would result in an automatic dismissal of the Appeal.
4. Appellant has not deposited above referred amount in compliance of order dated 26.04.2022. Therefore, Appeal has to be dismissed for non-compliance of order dated 26.04.2022. Accordingly Appeal is dismissed.
5. All Miscellaneous Applications, if any, are dismissed as infructuous. Sd/- Chairperson mks-34
