This Diary No.569/2021 was lodged on 30/12/2021 but till today objections which were raised by the office have not been complied with Reasonable time for rectification of defects have been granted but no one is representing and defects noticed by the office have not been complied with. Hence, it is presumed that, the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
In view of above & under the provisions of Sub Rule (4) of Rule 6 of DRAT(Procedure) Rules, 1994 the application Diary No.569/2021 is hereby declined for registration.
