No representation for the appellant when matter were called.
These Diary Nos. 512/2021, 513/2021, 514/2021 & 515/2021 were lodged on 18.10.2021. Despite granting reasonable opportunities for removal of defects, the appellant failed to remove the defects noticed by the office also not representing in the matter. Hence, it is presumed that, the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the matter.
In view of above & under the provision of sub Rule (4) of Rule 6 DRAT (Procedure) Rules, 1994 the Diary Nos. 512/2021, 513/2021, 514/2021 & 515/2021 are hereby declined for registration.
