Per: Justice Narendra Kumar Johari, Member (Judl.) :- This application has been filed by the applicant praying for quashing and setting aside the termination of Inter Circle Temporary transfer order dated 24.09.2026 (Annexure-A/7) passed by the Sr. Supdt. of Post Offices, Patna Division, Patna, whereby tenure of the applicant has been terminated with immediate effect with the direction to report to his parent Division under Uttar Pradesh Circle for further duty.
2. representation dated 10.10.2026 (Annexure-A/8) to the Chief Postmaster General, Bihar Circle, Patna, which is still pending. He further submitted that the purpose of the applicant would be served if the Opposite Party No.2/Competent Authority is directed to consider the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and rules and pass a speaking and reasoned order within the stipulated period.
3. Counsel for opposite parties raised no objection to the aforesaid innocuous prayer.
4. Heard learned counsel for both the parties.
5. In view of the submissions of both the parties, this OA is disposed of with the direction upon the Opposite Party no.2/Competent Authority to dispose of the pending representation dated 10.10.2026 (Annexure-A/8) by passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law/rules/procedures, within a period of 30 (Thirty) days from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
6. Needless to mention that this Tribunal has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and all points are kept open for consideration by the opposite parties.
7. Accordingly, this OA stands disposed of with no order as to costs.
