The Learned Counsel for Respondent seeks adjournment on the ground that main counsel is not available.
The Learned Counsel for the Appellant would submit that Respondent No. 3 has been consistently absent from the proceedings and, therefore, prays that Respondent No. 3 be proceeded against ex parte.
Accordingly, Respondent No. 3 is proceeded against ex parte. Meanwhile, the Appellant may file a rejoinder to the respective replies filed by the Respondents.
