1. Present as under:
Mr. Tushad Kakalia along with Mr. Aviral Jain & Ms. Siddhi Parekh, i/b M/s. Vesta Legal, Counsel for Applicants/Borrowers. Mr. Anshul Anjarlekar, i/b M/s. Raval-Shah & Co., Counsel for Respondent No.1. Mr. Bipin Joshi along with Mr. Nilesh Jadhav, Counsel for Respondent No.2 & 3.
2. The matter is taken up by way of a praecipe filed by the Applicants/Borrowers upon filing of the waiver application on Diary Number. However, the objections raised by the Registry on the waiver application have not been removed by the Applicants/Borrowers despite an opportunity having been granted to do so.
2. The praecipe was accepted only on the basis of the oral undertaking given by the Applicants/Borrowers that the objections would be removed.
3. Accordingly, the Applicants/Borrowers are directed to remove the objections raised by the Registry within 24 hours, failing which the application shall stand rejected without any further reference to this Appellate Tribunal.
4. At this stage, the Learned Counsel for the Applicants/Borrowers seeks one week time to remove the objections.
5. In the interest of justice, one week time is granted to the Applicants/Borrowers to remove the objections raised by the Registry.
