1. Present as under: Mr. Kushal Sawant, Counsel for Appellant. Ms. Ketaki Menhas i/b M/s. Selvi Laxman, Counsel for Respondents.
2. The Learned Counsel for the Appellant would submit that opportunity was granted to the Respondents to file the reply but the same has not been filed despite sufficient opportunities.
3. The Learned Counsel for the Respondents would submit that she has received instructions that the matter is listed for orders. However, she prays that, if the Respondents are required to file a reply, an adjournment may be granted to enable her to seek further instructions. She further prays that one more opportunity be granted to the Respondents to file their reply to the Stay Application.
4. Strongly objected to by the Counsel for Appellant.
5. However, last and final opportunity is given to the Respondents to file the reply to the stay application subject to the cost of Rs. 10,000/- to the DRT Bar Association, to be deposited within two weeks.
6. Reply be filed before the next date of hearing.
